HOTEL GRAN CHALET SOREGHES
Please read carefully the booking rules below. Each reservation, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract according to current Italian legislation. The contract is binding on the person making the reservation and on all other subjects mentioned in the same.
RESERVATION
You can send a request for availability from our site or by email and wait for our response. Alternatively, you can make a reservation online by following the instructions available on our website https://www.hotelsoreghes.com/. Following the request you will be sent an offer (non-binding).
The reservation becomes binding for HOTEL GRAN CHALET SOREGHES (ALPENROYAL s.r.l.)and for those who make the same, after written confirmation by us and payment of the deposit of 30% of the total price of the room. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or by debiting the deposit on your credit card, subject to written authorization from the customer (for data processing see our privacy policy). In the case of payment by bank transfer, it is required to send the payment accounting by email no later than 3 days from receipt of our confirmation by mail. The maximum deadline for sending the deposit is indicated on the email that you will receive after your booking request and in any case cannot exceed 7 days unless specified. After this deadline, unless otherwise agreed in writing, the reservation will be canceled ex officio.
At this point HOTEL GRAN CHALET SOREGHES (ALPENROYAL s.r.l.) will undertake to send the Customer a final confirmation e-mail that must be shown at check-in. Booking confirmation implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms. We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the data of the aforementioned confirmation and to notify us as soon as possible of any anomaly. The communication must be received no later than 4 days from receipt of the same. After this deadline we decline all responsibility for any inaccuracies. Upon arrival it is mandatory to present an identification document for each person (even for minors).
To make changes to the reservation you must contact the reception staff, who will do their best to accommodate the request. However, we cannot guarantee the fulfillment of this request. In case of postponement of the reservation in a period where the price is higher than the amount paid, the customer is obliged to pay the difference.
DEPOSIT
The deposit is equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay (excluding tourist taxes), to be paid within 7 days of booking confirmation.
CHILDREN
For infants from 0 to 23.99 months the stay has a cost of € 20 per day and includes a cot / cot in the room with their parents. From 24.1 months the standard price list (adults) is also applied for children.
CANCELLATION/CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation of reservation must be communicated in writing to the e-mail address info@hotelsoreghes.com.
In case of cancellations before arrival, the amount of the deposit paid will be retained.
HOTEL GRAN CHALET SOREGHES (ALPENROYAL s.r.l.) reserves the right to:
- Up to 30 days before the Check-In date cancellation is free;
- From 30 to 14 days before the Check-In date a Voucher will be issued with an amount equal to the deposit paid valid for 1 year from cancellation.
- After 14 days from the check-in date the full deposit will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival, no-show the guest is required to pay the total amount provided in the booking confirmation net of meals that will not be used.
CANCELLATION OF ” Stay Packages”
There is no refund or return, regardless of the notice period, in the case of the purchase of a “STAY PACKAGE”/ “LAST MINUTE AND PROMOTIONS”. If the package also includes the purchase of external services such as equipment rental, outings with mountain guide, guided excursions, the guest is required to pay HOTEL GRAN CHALET SOREGHES (ALPENROYAL s.r.l.), these services already booked.
NO-SHOW
In case of no-show, the deposit paid will be retained and HOTEL GRAN CHALET SOREGHES (ALPENROYAL s.r.l.) reserves the right to charge the total amount due.
PAYMENT
At the time of booking you will be asked to pay 30% of the total as a deposit, either by credit card or by bank change (bank details sent at the time of room confirmation).
Payment methods accepted for the balance of the stay:
- credit card
- Effective cash
The balance of the reservation must be paid the day before departure by 22:00.
Any extras must be paid before departure.
- We do NOT accept bank transfers unless it is previously communicated and accepted by the Management. The bank transfer if accepted must be made at least 2 working days before Check-Out or with instant verification.
- We do NOT accept checks, in exceptional cases the Management may accept them. In this case they must be deposited at least 4 working days before Check-Out.
TOURIST TAX
Prices do not include the tourist tax which must be calculated per person per night from 14 years for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. The tourist tax is a contribution to the protection and development of the cultural and natural heritage of our territory.
CAUSES OF FORCE MAJEURE
The management declines all responsibility for disservices due to lack of supplies, accidental equipment failures or other causes of force majeure. We decline all responsibility for damage caused by other guests, weather events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases and theft.

CHECK-in & CHECK-OUT
On the day of arrival the rooms will be available from 2.30 pm.
The rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
LATE CHECK – OUT
You can ask the Reception for the possibility of the Day Use service, which with a supplement of € 50.00 per person (children under 2 years free) to be able to take advantage of the last day of your holiday until 13:00.
DOUBLE ROOM FOR SINGLE USE
Our hotel does not have single rooms, therefore for the use of the double room for single use we apply a supplement on the list price. The room is a STANDARD.
BEAUTY APPOINTMENTS
We recommend booking in advance. It is very important to be punctual to appointments, otherwise the treatment session will have to be reduced.
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours before the appointment. In case of cancellation of the appointment in the short term, 100% of the cost of the reservation will be charged.
MEALS
Meals not consumed will not be deducted from the total stay.
DAY USE
You can ask the Reception for the possibility of the Day Use service, which with a supplement of € 80.00 per person (children under 2 years free) to be able to take advantage of the last day of your holiday until 18:00.
ROOM SERVICE
Room service is available for a surcharge.
GARAGE
Possibility to request the covered garage with a supplement.
4-LEGGED FRIENDS
Pets allowed with an extra charge of € 20,00 per pet, per night.
We welcome your four-legged friends at our facility. However, we kindly ask that they are polite and do not cause damage / disturbance to people and things during the stay, for which the owners are still responsible by responding in full for any reimbursement costs.
Pets can access the room booked, the breakfast room and the restaurant.
Pets are accepted only if insured. In this regard, the reservation will be valid only if a copy of the insurance is sent.
VALUABLES
HOTEL GRAN CHALET SOREGHES (ALPENROYAL s.r.l.) assumes no responsibility for valuables left in the hotel
HOUSE KEEPING
Inside your room, you will find a green card and a red card. Use the:
Green card the room is redone as soon as possible
Red card the room is not redone
Towels:
If it is thrown to the ground it is required to be changed
Bathrobes are changed once a week.
